Calender View - My Work Columns

The smallest time gap in the my work calender view displays 15min columns. This leads to missing time logs for our employees because the cant see the free time columns between the timelogs. This should be systemwide configurable.

Show time when dragging bottom/top of time entry in calendar view (or increase contrast of full hour border line)

“Tempo Worklog Distribution" filtering by JQL and Team - worklogAuthor in membersOf()

When I create Tempo Worklog Distribution gadget It's good to see only part of worklog from concrete team [* AND worklogAuthor in membersOf("zzz")] from JQL not all worklogs that user can view.
