Ability to bulk edit "Account" field from different projects

When doing mass edits of issues that are part of different Jira Projects, the "Account" field is not available in the list of fields. *This feature request is similar to https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-2359

Option to set up a primary team. When users are active in multiple teams, they will appear in the one to which they were most recently added.

Second Reminder - Reminder on the last day of the month worked and the other on the first day of the following month

Reminder on the last day of the month and the other on the first day of the following month. This reminder should only reach users who havenot completed the timesheet.

Duplicate previous timesheet

It would be great if you could duplicate your previous timesheet into your current timesheet and then just amend any differences. This would mean that any recurring appointments/meetings etc. don't have to be entered every week

Utilization rate based on High Level Team or Individual Allocations not both.

Ability to see the utilization rate based on High Level Team or Individual Allocations not both as per the highlighted formula. The reason for that is we do plan as team in addition to individual, so it is being duplicated

Have an organization-wide setting in which the issue picker only shows issues that should be logged time against (example Only show Epics instead of all issues)
