Support "3 characters" time input

When using Tempo within Jira it would be appreciated to not require the user to type a leading zero when entering times before 10h00. I.e. if the user types 735 Tempo should be able to understand 7h35 and not force the user to type 0735.

Change status of issue when planning

would be great to be able to change the issue status to e.g. in progress (if applicable) when creating plans in Resource planner and/or My work. If user is using a board this would circumvent the need to go there as well to update the board.
