Permission role that would be linked to Team role

Users would like to see a Permission role linked to the Team role. Ex: if the Team role changes, from member to Technical Lead, they would get the corresponding permissions.

I need an ability to tag office location for associates in tempo timesheet so that i can view the timesheet reports location wise.
