Anonymize worklogs without using permissions

Customers would like to have the ability to anonymize worklogs without using permissions as access. Ex: A user can see their own time logs (to check for completeness), but nobody else can gain access.

Reduce number of workload members

We want to manage the number of workload users by adding/removing groups from the global permission tempo access. For example, our customer has 19000 users in the tempo workload although only 200 are relevant.

Group reports by custom field in Jira Datacenter
