SHow + ´hours in plan instead of total hours

Show the "above" or "below" hours (depending on working schedule) when "red" or orange" instead of total hours. Eg, I work 6h per day but my manager forgets and thinks it's strange I am overallocated when I am "red" with my 8 h.

Planned items by Team-Lead for a Team-Member should be editable by Team-Member

Planned hours available in Jira attribute

it should be possible to see the planned time as one attribute in Jira. Today you only see a summary for each individual user. This is mainly for a better overview for the task planner.
