Cost Tracker Project Access via Groups

As a user with global permission using Cost Tracker, I would like to be able to grant access to Cost Tracker projects for other users via groups instead of individual users.

Ability to filter out events with that possess an issue key

Currently, the Planner considers all your events to calculate the occupancy/capacity percentage. Users would like to be able to configure it to only consider the events that have an issue key.

REST API - search all memberships for a specified user

Currently there is no API to search all memberships for a specified user. You have to look through every team if you want to get the teamleader or the team id of a user which could be simplified into one request.

Sort Actual Costs by Date in Actual Costs Tab

Currently the actual costs tab sorts expenses alphabetically. It would be better to have the lines sorted by date as this is typically how you would easily identify and reconcile costs.
