Show the time of the activity on the card planning

on the card planning show the time of the activity and not just the time used. Example on the card show only the planned time and not the time that was planned activity

We wish that certain Issue will be unavailable for logging work, while others in the same Project will [not Workflow dependent nor Project dependent]
