Fields Start/End time cannot be manually edited by double clicking on it

Require a Reviewer on certain issues when creating a new plan

The Reviewer field on the Plan time view should be mandatory on some issues. For example if we have a 2023 Vacation ticket, we want that anyone who logs a plan on this issue is forced to choose a reviewer.

Send report to TL with User who submitted less Hours

It will be great if Tempo sends an email out to TL along with the person who logs less time. So it will be easy for the leads to follow up, instead of going to timesheet and sort the timesheets and follow up individual users. Thank you Madhu
