API: Add field "Team Scope" to API

[DC] Allow users to submit future timesheets

To better support staff vacations, allow users to submit their timesheets ahead of time - i.e. submit future timesheets. Potentially a minor improvement

Edit only an individual child plan in a repeating series

Hi all! The goal would be to be able to edit or delete an individual plan in a repeating plans series without modifying the others plans in the series. Achieve something like what we can do in Calendar(in the following file).

Financial Manager: Use the same role for a user as in "Manage Staff"

New Users booking time are added to Financial Manager projects with the default role instead of their assigned role under "Manage Staff". This is causing extra monthly oversight to correct manually and has led to incorrect billing rates.

Tempo apps available from sidebar with Guest user

With the introduction of a Jira Guest mode/user we are able to invite external users without a fully Jira product license. These users can also be granted access to (for example) Tempo Financial Manager (FM) projects to view the Project/Portfolio....

Show users with 0 hours logged

It would be useful to show users who logged 0 hours: in TEMPO dashboard gadget in data export from report. 0 hours is an important information and without it, the statistics may be skewed.

Multi-level approvals: Require more than one approver on a Timesheet

Administrator should be able to define how many approvers are needed in order to have a Timesheet/Account fully approved.
