Tempo Team Timesheet Gadget to show only hours related to the team

Tempo Team Timesheet Gadget shows all hours logged per team member although hours are unrelated to Team's project. The user would only like to see teams worklogs on project issues that are linked to the team.

Tempo Estimates - Expand Estimate Management to allow for multiple contributors(QA, Development)

Jira's Tracking of estimates is fairly limited. There needs to be tracking of estimated efforts for the each contributor: QA effort, development effort, customer acceptance effort, etc. These efforts total to the overall total estimate.
