Add hours in Tempo Planner Reports (from -> to)

When I create a plan report a can't see the hours (from -> to), but only the data. Can you add Hours column in report?

Send report to TL with User who submitted less Hours

It will be great if Tempo sends an email out to TL along with the person who logs less time. So it will be easy for the leads to follow up, instead of going to timesheet and sort the timesheets and follow up individual users. Thank you Madhu
