A configurable callback to validate time entry prior saving it

If there's a 2 dynamic dropdown dropbox fields on the form, sometimes their combination should not be allowed, and it would be great that there would be a callback to some third-party API to validate the values

Let Jira users (collaborators) log time to Service-Desk Tickets without requiring a ServiceDesk-Agent license for each user
