Is it possible to change default period in My Work

In my work Time sheet view, this view seems to be based on period configuration however some users who prefer to view a monthly period by default and have to keep changing the period from current week to a monthly view each time they load "My Work".

Reports - Filter by Account parameters (lead, contact, customer, etc...)

When group by account and issue/worklog, put issues/worklogs with no account linked under “no account” in Tempo report

the current behavior is when you group by account, it does show “no account”, however if you add in group by issue or by worklog, the “no account” is no longer present.

Improve the logic of monthly recurring plans

Monthly recurring plans are set to repeat every 30 days instead of "true" monthly. This has adverse effects for example when creating a recurring day plan: if it falls on a weekend, then it won't show.
