Add worklogID to the default tempo export functionality

The tempo timesheet export includes everything one needs, except a unique identifier. The data exported would be much more useful if the worklogID was included in this standard export functionality.

Adjust plans to next working day when it falls on non working days when moving plans around

In Planner view: When moving/adjusting plans to new dates that include non working hours it would be great if the number of hours initially set would stay as is and the plan would be adjusted to the next working day.
