End time default value

Current situation: When I want to log time via the app, the start time is always current time and end time +3h. Expected result: As a user, I want that end time will be the current time. Also, consider adding this parameter to settings.

Attributes Tab on Worklog (possibility to create tabs on worklog)

Sometimes you need to put additional attributes on the worklog as an option. With no tabs and with many attributes, the worklog window is 'long' and inconvenient. It's will be nice if I could put optional attributes on the second tab.
