Include worklog.author.accountid into reports and xls downloads, added to worklog author (wich is in jira internal user code), because in my opinion it's better to identify the use who logged the time

Disable weekends for Timesheet so only weekdays can be logged.

We having some employees that are not allowed to work on weekends so we want to restrict it via the jira tempo settings. So that nobody of the group or team can't log time on weekends. Thanks in advance.
