Automatically Populate Plan Dialog with Original Estimate from Jira Issue

When creating a new plan in Team Planning mode in Tempo Planner (with Jira sync enabled), the "Plan Time" field in the dialog should automatically populate with the Original Estimate from the associated Jira Issue or Epic, if available. This prevents overwriting existing estimates with zero and minimizes manual input for users during the planning process.

    Thanks for adding this as an idea - here's my vote! If implemented it will save me a lot of time and make my process much smoother.
