Ability to see Calendar events in Daily Resource Planning View

Currently, calendar events ONLY display in the Weekly Resource Planning view. It would be incredibly helpful for these events to also display in the Daily Resource Planning view.

Multi-level approvals: Require more than one approver on a Timesheet

Same as https://ideas.tempo.io/ideas/T-I-71 but for Cloud instances -- Administrator should be able to define how many approvers are needed in order to have a Timesheet/Account fully approved.

UI Preference for Date Picker and Time Display should apply to Cost Tracker

The new feature that allows you to select your date picker format and time format (e.g. 24 hour or 12 hour clock) is fabulous. It would be wonderful if the setting applied to Cost Tracker.
