Some non-dev members of my team work across various Jira projects (that can include work for different Accounts), and their time is billed differently than the developers' time. There is still a budget for their time, so I'd like to track costs and revenue in Financial Manager.
No matter which projects' Jira issues time is logged against, these people use an Account Work Attribute, so theoretically we can find all the applicable logged hours by searching for that, but I can't currently create a Financial Manager project based on the Account Work Attribute because it can't be used in JQL.
I can't create a project based on the Jira Account field because that would filter-out some Jira tickets these non-dev folks are tracking time against.
Essentially, the cost tracking revolves around the people, not the Jira projects their tickets are on.
