On Timesheet, can Temp allow weekly input?

Show time when dragging bottom/top of time entry in calendar view (or increase contrast of full hour border line)

Change user of tracked items

We would like our team-managers to be able to change the user of a already tracked item in tempo timesheets. At the moment, they are able to change everything else except the user (which shows a red cross like in the screenshot).

Allow admins to decommission the Cloud DB

I want to allow admins to decommission the Cloud DB, so that I can regularly reset my cloud system. This is a blocker when using the Jira Restore function. This is useful when we have cloud sandboxes, training sites, demo pages etc.
