Forecasting based on remaining estimates of tickets that are not done yet

To see if my budget is in danger, I want to see a forecast line which tells me exactly for how much money I have estimated tickets in my backlog compared to the budget that I actually have for it.

Being able to toggle unit of measure between hours and days

We often report the effort spend in days instead of hours. So this would be a nice addition in Cost Tracker to be able to toggle the view per project (same as currency for example) or globally.
