Possibility to filter plans based on the status (pending, accepted, rejected)

It would be good if Tempo offers a way to filter out only those resource requests (plans to be accepted by a reviewer) that are in the PENDING status.

When times are changed Log Time modal should adjust duration

If either of the Start Time or End Time fields is adjusted, then the Duration is updated to reflect the new time period
