Story: Our Company have currently 3 sites in 2 countries and about 5 different departments work with Jira and Tempo. Each department on each site have its own account for each project When a user is assigned to a ticket, the account should automatic switch to the main-account of his/her team of this project. By logging work the user can switch optionally to other account, if other accounts are assigned to his/her team.
Assign teams to account --> project settings "Accounts" --> set accounts to a team + set main account to a team.
In Timesheet app a overview of projects / accounts / teams should be vizualised, still better you can manage projects / accounts / teams in this overview.
Currently our workaround are Jira automation rules, but this is very effortful.
