Create flexible workload scheme

We have collaborators who work on-demand and don't have a fixed workload. We would like to track their time in Tempo, but there is no possibility to create a flexible workload scheme.

    We would also like the ability to create more flexible workload schemes, for example a person who works a 4 day week every second week, currently the ability to create a scheme like this is not possible
