Posibility to load time in Tempo in task with status "Active", not for finished tasks

In Jira managed-team projects have feature to setup a task status that by status control the task not showed in Tempo to load time. Like task Inactive.

We have some projects with finished tasks and active tasks. All the task must be visible in Jira but finished task should not visible to user to load time.
