Currently the "my work" view and the Planner view are completely independent when it comes to the Google Calendar Integration : it would be good if when I delete a meeting in "my work" it would also delete it in the planner for everyone else to see my actual capacity.

It would be amazing if the TEMPO team could spend some time on the work flow between the Outlook or Google calendar and TEMPO and the planner.
We have made a few suggestions, one would be the ability of the integrations to create 'plan' events instead of worklog events which would open up a lot of additional use cases.
The ability to map out and plan work using existing tools - TEMPO, Outlook/Google Calendar - is a huge requirement and at the moment we are doing a lot of manual double entry to make this work.
We also use other tools (e.g. Bookings, Calendly) so tieing things back to one Calendar is increasingly important.
