Implement Hard vs. Soft booking functionality

Please implement common feature in resource planning, the ability to create hard and soft bookings. Present product does not cover this requirement which is quite standard feature among resourcing tools. For us e.g. this has now became mandatory info in resourcing that we can not cover with Tempo Planner that we have in use
