Regular users should be able to recall timesheets themselves

Regular users should be able to recall timesheets themselves in Tempo Timesheets.

If a user submits a timesheet by accident or with incorrect time logs currently, they need to ask their approver to reject the timesheet so they can modify it and resubmit.

A lot of other time tracking utilities allow submitters to recall these timesheets without having to ask their approver for help.

They should be able to recall a timesheet in the "WAITING FOR APPROVAL" state, not when "APPROVED".

Hello everyone, thank you for your patience. We’re pleased to share that timesheet recall is now available in Timesheets Cloud. Users can recall a submitted timesheet as long as it hasn’t been approved. Learn more in our documentation.

Please note that this feature will not be developed for Data Center.

Many thanks to everyone who provided feedback on this feature!

++++ please implement this. Way too many service desk tickets to reject people's timesheets for them.

As a Jira Admin, my use case is to not have to explain to the random people every month who submit their timesheet and then need to make changes to it that they need to contact their manager to have them reject the timesheet and then they can modify it. For each person it happens infrequently enough that they never remember what to do and frequently enough to become time consuming. They need to be able to recall it both before and after manager approval. It would of course have to get manager approval again. They should not be able to recall if it is entirely in a closed period.

It is just a hastle when I have to email my manager to fix something on my time sheet before it has been approved. Instead of me just being able to fix the mistake, I have to email my manager. Then I need to wait for them to see my email, reject the time sheet and email me back before I can make the correction. It is a waste of time to have to go through all those steps just to be able to fix a mistake that I found before the time sheet has been approved. We could do this ourselves in the time tracking system we used before our company switched to Tempo.
