In Tempo Budgets you can import plans on issues to calculate planned cost of your folio by using Plan from Staff > Based on Staff Members planned effort.
If you plan on a project in Tempo Planner hours do not sync with a folio like it does with issue plans although my folio's scope is set on Jira Project/s
Without this feature users of Planner that solely plan on projects will not be able to use the handy integration between Planner and Budgets to quickly plan cost of their planned resources for their folio.

It would be incredibly useful for companies who plan time based on project and not task to be able to pull the projected cost into the Financial Manager's forecasted costs.
Seconded.
In the Staff Planning Tab it becomes apparent that time planned on projects (via Tempo Planner) is not considered "in the scope" of the Folio, even if you specifically added the project to the Folio.
This is bizarre. I assume this is due to the flexibility of Folios of not relating to projects but custom JQL.
Still, this is hugely annoying, because it forces us to plan time on a dummy issue instead of on the project itself.
