Different logic of approval process - project/team approval instead of whole user worklog approval

Hi, our customer would like to have a possibility to split worklogs of the users per teams or projects they work on and not to have whole worklog approved by one approver when working on more than 1 project or in more than 1 team. That each Project Manager or Team Lead would approve just the part of user worklog which belongs to him.
