I use Tempo to keep a better detailed timesheet than what my company expects through their own timesheet product. Imagine somebody waiting 6 months to contest a bill that said "First pass for project X, 2 hours" and being able to go to Tempo and show them the entry with the 2 hours with a longer format explanation on what was the actual work done.
Once a day I have to transcribe my previous work day from Tempo into their timesheet provider, on a busy day this isn't even 5 minutes worth of work but the more entries I have on Tempo, the easier is to lose track of which of the entries I already transcribed.
I would like a visual way to mark a timesheet entry card, be it color, a checkbox, it doesn't matter. In my use case I have Tempo on one screen, my company timesheet in another screen, Tempo is showing me a day with 8-12 timesheet cards, as I make each entry in my company timesheet, I click on something in the Tempo card to show it change color, or display a checkbox that says something like "billed" or "processed" or whatever.
The way I am currently working around this limitation is by taking a screen shot of the day column, then drawing across each card as I am done working on its entry in my company timesheet.
