In reports, you should be able to filter by Account, Account Category and Account Type for plans created against the project only

  1. Our projects are linked to an Account

  2. We plan by project not issue.

  3. We do not turn those plans into worklogs, we leave them and create separate worklogs at the issue level.

  4. We run Planned time reports, but when we try and filter by Account, Account category, or Account type, the planned hours are zero.
