Allow for notifications to be created when an Account is created or modified. Our current use case is that a new project/issue must have an account associated to be saved; for new contracts received, one department is responsible for logging the Account detail information and another department is responsible for creating the project/issues. Having the automated notification will avoid 'forgetting' or potentially delaying the progression of work. This would also be beneficial if an account changes to alert the project team(s) that may have an associated project to that Account.
