We faced such a problem, because some of the employees when logging time, write a description task in Russian (I think that not only our company uses Tempo in the CIS), then the user, without changing the keyboard language, tries to enter the time, as a result, the validation does not pass, so adding functions of replacing characters "р" -> "h", "ь" -> "m" would simplify and speed up the work of employees.
