Add Time zone into approval log

Split worklogs in custom size increments

When splitting a worklog, it can only be split in half hour increments. It would be nice if it would also be possible to enter a custom value to create worklogs for custom time periods.

Show all team members in custom report even if they don't have a worklog

In the custom reports of one or multiple teams, if a team member doesn't have a worklog, the team member does not appear. This goes against a simple use case of team leads wanting to see the users that have not logged anything.
