Report on start and end dates and available dates

It would be great if there was a way to report on team member's start and end dates in their teams and also have it as an option to show in other reports

Greater integration between "My Work" and the planner

When you convert a plan into a work log it should remove it from the planner. You should be able to add plans from the My Work Screen. At the moment you can only log time. The "My Work" screen is fantastic but lacking some basic features.
