When a new feature/change is planned to be deployed then a notification of this changes should be send to the site administrations before the deployment has been done.
We need to inform our users of upcoming changes.
As example - yesterday there was a new release of Tempo timesheet which changed the default fields in the time tracking screen. This has confused 100's of our users as they could not see the default fields anymore.
This causes a lot of problems and also affects user acceptance of the app
