Ability to disable the roll-up of hours on Epics in the Time tracking panel

Users would like to have the ability to disable the roll-up of hours on Epics in the Time tracking panel. Additionally, they would like the option to select if you want to see the roll-up or not (like in issues with sub-tasks).

See all users worklogs in Time Entry Issue Panel

It would be useful to have the ability to see all users worklogs in time entry issue panel for auditor rols or groups in order to be able to see details and edit them if it's necessary. From time balance that's neither possible.

Consider epic remaining time in Financial Manager projects

In projects in Financial Manager, you can see epics on scope list, but they represent no value. I would like the Financial Manager to take into account the time remaining in the epic to calculate the time and cost needed to complete the project.
