Show no-account as first level when Grouping By (Account > Project > Epic...)

Adding additional folio fields when creating a dynamic portfolio

Currently, you are allowed to add more than a two level criteria when creating a dynamic folio. There is a need to be able to have additional fields to add to the criteria when you have multiple folios on your instance.
