add "Project" filter in resources planner

Hi, Into resources planner, is this possible to add a project filter into the choice? We can't use the team filter as a project filter because a lot of resources work on every project we have.

Bulk edit worklogs - Server/On prem

Common issue is to be able to bulk move many worklogs from one issue to another one. Also, recurrent error during a period that needs to be fixed. Other examples use-cases Halve all worklogs of a month for certain users.

Data Residency
