Add Project Category to Tempo time reports

We use Project Category to distinguish different types of engagements in Jira. Need to be able to pull this into reports, ideal to group them as such, but at least to pull it out as a project attribute

Improve Reports UI (performance)

Normally, when generating reports with too many worklogs through Tempo reports UI, it takes 2 minutes or more to load, because it looks like that the design of the reports cannot handle this.

Add a monthly repeat for the Tempo Plans

We have a lot of reoccuring tasks from month to month and would like to add them as repeating tasks. However right now, we can only repeat them on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, which do not work for us.

Ability to have worklog attribute not required for Internal Issues

Use Case: If user is submitting for Time Off using an Internal Issue - the attribute we set up for Task Type is not necessary. We would like to make the attribute not be required if user is posting time to an Internal Issue.
