Gadget to keep track of time spent on project vs time estimated

I would like to have a gadget where I could see total time estimated for a project vs total time spent.

Can include users and its rates in cost tracker before they log time

Now until the user log time in issues of the scope it's no possible include users. Add the posibility to include users that don't log time yet. In addition , it will be great the posiblility to include teams or groups.

From the project, I want to access the folio for the project

When I am in the project, I cannot easily navigate to the corresponding folio. I have to know the name of the folio and manually look it up on the folio screen.
