See all users worklogs in Time Entry Issue Panel

It would be useful to have the ability to see all users worklogs in time entry issue panel for auditor rols or groups in order to be able to see details and edit them if it's necessary. From time balance that's neither possible.

Users can not submit the timesheet for approval unless they have logged the full required hours

Users can submit their timesheets for approval even if it is not fully logged in for example 25 hours per week when it should be 40 hours, it should be blocked with an alert message / pop-up unless the required hours are fully logged.

Prevent logging planned time without approve

To limit creating worklog from pending approval plans. Currently users can convert plans regardless the status (pending or approved)

Make Tempo Timesheets DCAA compliant

Have Tempo a DCAA compliant time keeping system to be able to use it for government projects as well as commercial ones. https://www.tsheets.com/dol-dcaa-compliance Seems like the only requirement missing for Tempo is "audit trail records"

Possibility to exclude certain projects from Tempo

Even Tempo is widely used in company we have some projects which do not use Tempo. Usability and clarity perspective would be good to have option to hide Tempo from those projects.
