We need VISUAL STUDIO as an option to integrate with Tempo

We need to see VISUAL STUDIO here (in the dev section): https://help.tempo.io/timesheets/latest/integration-apps Currently only Visual Studio Code is an option. FYI we use Visual Studio Pro.

Remove deactivated users from Tempo Approvals view

From the Tempo Teams - Approvals View. Please, consider removing the Deactivated users from the Drop down. It is highly confusing to see deactivated users in this view. The list grows longer.
