Make Timesheet Approval Description Column Display Wider

See screenshot. In timesheet approvals, widen the Description field for the tabular zoom view so less awkward clicking and scrolling is needed. Better yet, allow user to hide columns to free up real estate.

Disable the option of entering a decimal point in the duration box, when minutes is the unit of time

Currently, the duration box (within the log time window), allows the use of a decimal point when time is entered in minutes. This results in worklog data, retrieved by API or raw data reports, showing extra seconds.
