Generic Users planned time reflect in Capacity Report

I recently learned that the plan for Generic Users is not intended to allow a generic user type to be assigned to a team or be factored into a capacity report. We currently pay for extra users in order to factor planned but not assigned work into capacity forecast reports and group that by team within a program.

    We do not have plans to include this for Server yet, I've forwarded that request to our Server team and will update if things change.
