Account objects with permissions

At the moment Account objects don´t have any permissions - an Account can only be set to project context or global.

Actually it´s not possible to give access booking rights to an Account to only a few defined users/groups. Especially in a global context it could be necessary to restrict these rights.

It would be good to set permissions for users, groups and tempo-teams in Accounts too.

So it would be possible to restrict Account access to users (especially if you use global accounts).
