Need ability to restrict ALL Tempo settings (hide menu icon) - API integration token and OAuth 2.0 Application creation should NEVER be available for basic users

Desperately need to the ability to fully lock down and hide the Settings menu icon. Why would you allow users with minimal access to create new tokens for API integration???

And why would you allow those basic users to create OAuth 2.0 Applications??

This is an enormous security issue for us.

At the same time, I don't want my users to have the ability to access the apps menu icon either. Why would this be open for all users?
