Tempo permissions are far too high-level. These need to be broken out to functions within the app, allowing us to give users proper view and edit permissions to sensitive data.
Timesheets
Users who require limited tempo management abilities to review/submit timesheets also automatically have the access below, which is a security issue.
can approve timesheets
can change permissions for themselves and other users (team AND app level)
Cost Tracker
When a user is given access, they automatically have the ability to do all of the following. There is no view only and limited view permissions.
can view and edit all projects
can share project with other users
can change budget and timeframe
can view and change rates (yikes!)
can change global rates
Permissions in this app need a huge amount of work. This tool contains extremely sensitive data for an organization/group and we need the ability to control permissions at a more granular level. Please advise if you guys have plans in the works to alleviate some of the issues on this front. Thanks!
